Le Page Architects were instructed by Tavistock Town Council to conserve and repair the external fabric of the Town Hall.
The Grade II listed Town Hall is the central focal point of the world heritage site and Tavistock conservation area. The project involved masonry cleaning, repointing, and repair of the Hurdwick stone facades and Granite detailing.
Our scope of work also included designing upgraded lead parapet gutters as well as replacement of the rainwater goods, both ensuring enhanced rainwater run off from the buildings roof slopes.
