Having been involved with the extension and renovation of the main restaurant, Le Page Architects were commissioned to design a bespoke wine storage unit and renovate the staff facilities for Paul Ainsworth at No.6, Padstow.
The brief was to streamline the back of house processes to improve restaurant efficiency. The new bespoke wine storage wall, incorporating slanted shelves with integrated lighting and soft close drawers each holding a case of wine, was designed to accommodate a growing and constantly evolving wine list. With easy access to the wide range of wines on offer, the wine wall creates a highly practical feature to the space.
