Simon is an historic building and conservation specialist with considerable experience and drive. His portfolio includes project assessments, site and condition surveys and feasibility studies. Simon also undertakes project and contract management roles as well as on-site supervision. For the last ten years, he has worked extensively on a number of historically significant buildings throughout the region.

Simon’s recent work has integrated low energy architectural solutions into the historic refurbishment of some significant local residences. This has been achieved whilst avoiding destructive intervention of the historic fabric.

Simon worked closely with Amanda in the Royal William Yard and was directly involved with the award winning work there.
