A La Ronde, Devon

A La Ronde is a sixteen sided cottage built for the Misses Parminter in 1798 on their return from a European tour. Inside they furnished and decorated its oddly shaped, but charming rooms using feathers, seashells, marbled paint,

The National Trust commissioned the conservation and repair work to this unusual Grade I listed building. Work involved complete re-roofing and other associated conservation work.
