Enabling works have commenced at the Devonport Market Hall.  The phase one works comprise external stone repairs and repointing, the removal of original lead paint to the internal cast iron structure (prior to the application of a modern intumescent paint for fire protection), and paint removal to the internal brick walls and dressed stonework reveals.  The works are due for completion at the end of 2018, prior to commencement of the main contract in 2019.
