Le Page have been commissioned to design and supervise the HLF funded conversion of the former chapel at Albaston into the new local heritage centre.

Le Page have been commissioned by RIO to bring up to date their fabric report for the Foulston designed historic Odd Fellows Hall in Devonport.

Major housing group Sovereign have sought and commissioned Le Page to assist them in window fenestration works to a former historic hospital building from their portfolio in Exeter.

St Germans Priory: The LPOW grant aided works have begun on site. High level rope access and specialist stonemasonry works are now on site to the Grade 1 listed structure following a successful grant funding application.

St Dominic Roof: The LPOW grant aided works have begun on site. The project involves a fully sheeted independent scaffold covering all the church whist the roofs are replaced in new natural slates , and the central valley’s are re-laid to new leadwork. This project follows a successful grant application under the scheme, with the church being one of only 25  awarded nationally for the maximum amount available.
