Tavistock Town Council have commissioned Le Page Architects to complete works to their historic council offices on Drake Road, Tavistock. The work will involve the careful dismantling and re-building of the buildings prominent bay window façade. Golden Lion, Padstow

Works have commenced on site at The Golden Lion, Padstow, for the renovation of the Long Room outbuilding.  The refurbished building will undergo a change of use to offer luxury holiday accommodation.

Work have been completed on the refurbishment of the Tavistock Butchers Hall.  Tavistock Town Council have commissioned Le Page Architects with further works within the town as a result of the success of this project.

Devonport Market Hall

Le Page Architects have submitted detailed planning proposals for the Devonport Market Hall on behalf of the Real Ideas Organisation (RIO). Work continues on the complex repair of Church Lane, Tavistock which has included the rebuilding of the roof structure, main pediment as well as joinery repairs to the original doors and windows.
