ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for the quality management of businesses. It applies to the processes that create and control the products and services an organisation supplies and prescribes systematic control of activities to ensure that the needs and expectations of customers are met.

Registration to ISO 9001 by an accredited certification body shows commitment to quality, customers, and a willingness to work towards improving efficiency. It demonstrates the existence of an effective quality management system that satisfies the rigours of an independent, external audit.

Le Page Architects demonstrated compliance by passing an external audit in 2010.

QMS 2

ISO 14001 is the internationally recognised standard for the environmental management of businesses. It prescribes controls for activities and our working methods that have an effect on the environment. These include the use of natural resources, handling and treatment of waste and energy consumption.

Implementing an Environmental Management System (EMS) is a systematic way to monitor, control and adapt to the effects our company has on the environment.
