St Peters Church, Ugborough, a Grade I listed church has been awarded HLF funding to repair its lead covered North aisle roof. The project aims to make the roof fully waterproof, protecting the elaborate carved medieval roof bosses in the ceiling below.

Le Page Architects proposals for the renovation of a dwelling house in Noss Mayo are granted planning permission at appeal. The Inspector commented that the proposed designs were “unashamedly modern and bold”. “The design approach adopted would present an exciting and acceptable example of modern design”.
