Le Page Architects were appointed to carry out the extensive refurbishment and remodelling of this waterside property in Noss Mayo.
The existing oak frame building underwent complete renovation to improve the spatial arrangement of the interior whilst enhancing the connection with the garden and stunning river views.
Extensions to the front and rear of the property were carefully designed to respond to the character of the site and sensitivity of the area, with new glazed roof lights filling the house with natural light.
A curved frameless glass balcony was incorporated into the scheme along with a new decked area over the river, extending the amenity space to the creek side location. Works to the external landscaping were also carried out providing a more refined setting for this family home.
