Boathouse, Salcombe, Devon
The existing corrugated iron-clad boathouse located within a conservation area was replaced by this award-winning new building.
Maximising the site potential, the design incorporated accommodation on two floors over a boat store and this was accomplished within the dimensional confines of the existing building envelope.
